Why, Hello There!

It has been quite some time since I have checked-in, updated the website, written, posted a photo, recipe, or interacted at all on social media.

(My sincerest apologies for the delay of this post/update!)


This Past Fall..

I made the difficult decision to step away from the website, Instagram, and Facebook (as well as social events and friend get-togethers) to focus fully on school.

Since I will be graduating in just a few months (four to be exact!), I decided that my time, effort, and energy needed to be directed towards that which is most important for my future and career; aka the future of Ginger & Root.

Despite how much I have missed this creative outlet of sharing and engaging with you, the school load has increasingly piled on as we head into the final term.

So, Ginger & Root will be “out of the office” for a few more months as I continue to make this essential part of my life and future business my number one priority until I graduate in the spring. (insert happy dance 😊).


Have no fear my friends!

G&R will be back up and running with fresher content, more nutrition knowledge, delicious recipes, and, most excitedly, will be officially open for one-on-one nutrition consulting in late spring of 2020!

In the meantime, sign up for my newsletter to stay up to date with any updates that may come along between now and then! (You never know when I may feel the need to share another nutrition fun fact or recipe!)
